The Cadence Scrum Product Owner methodology course provides the tools you need to perform the best you can in your role as a Product Owner. A robust methodology you can trust, presented in a very practical way, while working on your own projects in class provides hands-on tools and techniques. This is a methodology course (‘How to..’), not an exam prep course.
Product Owners have a crucial role in the Scrum process: he represents the interests of the stakeholder community to the Scrum Team, he is the voice of the customer. He is responsible for ensuring clear communication of product or service functionality requirements to the Scrum Team, defining Acceptance Criteria, and ensuring those criteria are met. The Product Owner is responsible for the Scrum Team to deliver value. He works closely together with the Scrum Master and his Scrum Team: they work in concert with clients, users and stakeholders.
In this 2-days course participants will be familiarized with all Scrum principles, tools and team work. As with all Cadence trainings our approach is as practical and simple as possible, because projects tend to be complex enough. Participants will be working on their own projects during class, in teams, for getting the best transition from theory to real life application.
