Project Replan

The market changes. Technology changes. Resources change. Scope changes. When this happens in the middle of a project, there is often a need for significant change to the project plan. If the Project Manager and the Team spend much time in re-planning, they can give the impression that the project has stopped.

Cadence will spend 2-4 days of focused facilitation with your Project Manager and team. One week later, you will receive the completed, revised plan in both hard and soft copy.
