São Paolo, Brazil.—August 2008—Cadence vice president and COO Connie Plowman represented the Project Management Institute’s Leadership Institute Advisory Group at the organization’s Latin America Congress this week in São Paolo, Brazil. To support the 71 volunteer leaders in attendance at the conference, Plowman delivered a special session entitled, “Leadership Qualities: What does it take to be a good leader?”

“Working with global leaders is very engaging,” says Plowman. “It is a tremendous opportunity to share leadership experiences from around the world. Great leaders are life-long learners. I am honored to be part of this learning experience in Latin America.”
