Project Management Seminar
Leaders and Consultants
Cadence
seminar leaders and consultants work as independent contractors
and must be available to travel.
Job Summary:
Teach
Project Management and the Cadence methodology through Cadence
seminars, consult on customer projects, and promote Cadence
products and services in a consultative sales environment.
Qualifications:
-
Have
10+ years of experience in functional and project management
with a variety of sizes and types of projects managed
-
Have 3+
years of experience in corporate/contract training;
including instructor-led courses with a variety of course
lengths and structures.
-
Be a
member of the Project Management Institute (PMI)
-
Be
active and contributing to the project management profession
(publications, speaking engagements, etc.)
-
Be PMI
certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), or
willing and able to achieve certification within 6 months
Requirements:

Must be
available to travel

Able to
work as an independent contractor

Willing
to teach project management seminars exclusively for Cadence
-
Foreign
language skill is a plus

Business Development
Executive
Job Summary:
This
experienced Business Development Executive will be responsible
for developing new client relationships, expanding existing
business, and driving bottom line revenue. This person will
work closely with marketing, operations and client services and
will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. He/She
will be responsible for creating and implementing sales
processes that support the corporate vision and strategy for
growth. This new Business Development Executive must have a
successful track record in relationship building and selling
service-based solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
The
following skills will be required:

Several
years of successful experience selling a training/consulting
service or solution.
-
Proven
track record of meeting/exceeding sales and profitability
quotas.
-
Project
management services experience is a plus.
-
Previous experience selling into CXO Level in Fortune 500
companies.
-
Proven
ability to build long-term client relationships resulting in
repeat business within large accounts.
-
Previous inside sales experience is required - must have a
successful track record with telephone sales as most sales
are performed via telephone communication.
-
Solid
background writing compelling RFPs that convert to major
wins.
-
Must be
able to identify and qualify cold contacts, nurturing and
building those relationships into long-term sales.
-
Professional, strong oral and written communication skills
will be required internally and externally.
-
Prior
experience with sales cycles exceeding 90 days is
required.
-
Must
create and implement sales processes that support corporate
vision and strategy.
-
International exposure and/or foreign language will be a
plus.
-
Must be
completely self directed and driven with a high energy level.
-
Must be
results driven and a proven team player.

Demonstrated. strong organization skills will be necessary
for this
fast paced environment.

Bachelor's level degree is required.
The

Account Coordinator
Cadence

Job Summary:
This
position provides sales & customer relations support, as well as
account coordination and seminar logistics to multiple seminar
leaders on a daily basis.

Maintain
customer relations and communication with clients.
-
Provide
sales support to account managers.
-
Develop
existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
-
Coordinate seminar logistics from confirming date/time to
shipping training materials and setting up the class.
-
Generate
confirmation agreements and supporting documents.
-
Manage
print vendor relationships.
-
Provide
general administrative support, such as update databases,
organize marketing materials, coordinate invoice/expense
reports, and proposal.
-
Ensure
the accuracy of client information.
-
Handle
high volume telephone contact with clients.
-
Extended
responsibilities include functioning as a team member in
general marketing campaigns and special projects.
Requirements:
-
Successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 – 4 years of
work experience in a sales & marketing environment, and a
4-year college degree.
-
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational
skills.
-
Full
command of the English language plus fluency in at least one
Asian language. (preferred)

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Professional representation and have the ability to work
with all levels.

Proven
telephone sales skills in an upbeat, friendly and
professional manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ACT!, and database
programs.
