Business Development Exec
Job Summary
Cadence is expanding its global sales team! If you are interested in utilizing your superb sales skills to deliver business results for our global clients, we are interested in talking with you. Responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing business, and driving revenue. Works closely with marketing, operations and client services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identified and qualifies cold contacts by nurturing and building these relationships into long-term sales
- Maintains major accounts and grows business relationships
- Grows existing customers to major account status
- Finds new clients
- Sells into Director Level in Fortune 500 companies
- Builds relationships with CXO Level in Fortune 500 companies
- Builds long-term client relationships resulting in repeat business within large accounts
- Writes compelling Requests For Proposals (RFPs) that convert to major wins
- Creates and implements sales disciplines for moving prospects to long-term clients
- Follows the company sales processes in supporting corporate vision and strategy
- Maintains database of key clients and other appropriate information for key accounts
- Creates breadth and depth of quality contacts in client accounts
- Travels occasionally as required
Skills
- Successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of inside sales experience selling a training or consulting service or solution and a 4-year college degree
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding an assigned sales quota
- Demonstrated experience in growing accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Full command of the English language
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal - and outstanding presentation skills
- Professional representation and have the ability to work with all levels
- Proven telephone sales skills in an upbeat, friendly and professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, ACT!, and database programs
- Knowledge in project management a plus!
Seminar Leaders and Consultants
Job Summary
Teach Project Management and the Cadence methodology through Cadence seminars, consult on customer projects, and promote Cadence products and services in a consultative sales environment.
Qualifications
-
Have 10+ years of experience in functional and project management with a variety of sizes and types of projects managed

Have 3+ years of experience in corporate/contract training; including instructor-led courses with a variety of course lengths and structures.

Be a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI)
-
Be active and contributing to the project management profession (publications, speaking engagements, etc.)
-
Be PMI certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), or willing and able to achieve certification within 6 months
Requirements

Willing to teach project management seminars exclusively for Cadence

Foreign language skill is a plus
Cadence offers an extensive certification process and international methodology updates with its seminar leader/consultant team. Cadence seminar leaders and consultants work as independent contractors and must be available to travel.
Account Coordinator
Job Summary
This position provides sales & customer relations support, as well as account coordination and seminar logistics to multiple seminar leaders on a daily basis.
Qualifications

Maintain customer relations and communication with clients.

Provide sales support to account managers.

Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
-
Coordinate seminar logistics from confirming date/time to shipping training materials and setting up the class.

Generate confirmation agreements and supporting documents.
-
Manage print vendor relationships.
-
Provide general administrative support, such as update databases, organize marketing materials, coordinate invoice/expense reports, and proposal.
-
Ensure the accuracy of client information.
-
Handle high volume telephone contact with clients.
-
Extended responsibilities include functioning as a team member in general marketing campaigns and special projects.
Requirements

Successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 – 4 years of work experience in a sales & marketing environment, and a 4-year college degree.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Full command of the English language plus fluency in at least one Asian language. (preferred)

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional representation and have the ability to work with all levels.
